Lily Deforce (°65) I am a senior Solution-Focused facilitator and coach since 2017. I have more than 25 years of experience, both in profit and non-profit organizations. I’ve held various managerial and board positions in a multinational, SME, academic and NGO working context (EU, US, Japan) where I have led various small-scale and also major change processes. In these functions I have coached many managers and team leaders. I am one of the founders of The Shift, the Belgian Branch of UN Global Compact.
